Have you designed front-end architectures using patterns such as Micro-frontends, modular monoliths, shared component libraries, or other architectural approaches?
ArchitectureFrontendDesign System
✅ Yes — front-end architecture design is a responsibility I have owned as a senior developer and technical lead.

Technical detail
- 🏛️ Modular monolith (most common) — one deployable Angular/React application organised in enforced feature boundaries, with lazy-loaded domains, a strict lint-enforced import matrix, shared kernel (auth, HTTP, config, logging) and no cross-feature leakage. Best cost/benefit for most product teams.
- 🧩 Micro-frontends — shell + independently deployed remotes (Module Federation), or Web Component-based islands for incremental migration of legacy pages, with shared design tokens, auth and telemetry.
- 📚 Shared component library / design system — versioned package of UI primitives and patterns (buttons, tables, forms, layout, charts wrappers) built on Material/CDK or Headless UI, documented with usage rules, tested with visual snapshots and consumed by multiple applications.
- 🗂️ Other approaches applied — feature-sliced design, Nx-style monorepos with affected-builds and shared libs, BFF (back-end-for-front-end) aggregation to keep the UI simple, and island/SSR rendering for SEO-critical pages.
🧭 I anchor these choices in ADRs: what problem the architecture solves, what the team topology is, how state and contracts flow, and what the migration path looks like. 📊 Success criteria are measurable — deploy independence, build time, change failure rate, and time for a new developer to ship their first feature.
