SDLCDeliverySupport
✅ Yes — I have owned the full software development life cycle end to end across enterprise and product environments.
Technical detail
- 🔍 Requirements analysis — stakeholder workshops, user stories and acceptance criteria, feasibility and impact analysis, estimation and release planning.
- 🎨 Design — high- and low-level design, ER/schema modelling, API contracts, component and integration architecture, security and non-functional requirements, documented through diagrams and ADRs.
- 💻 Development — implementation to team standards with code review, unit and integration tests, migrations, feature flags and configuration management; trunk-based or short-lived branches with small, reviewable pull requests.
- 🧪 Testing and quality — test strategy beyond developer tests: functional/regression validation, API and UI automation, performance and security checks, UAT support and defect triage; quality gates enforced in the pipeline.
- 🚀 Deployment — CI/CD pipelines (build, test, artefact, environment promotion), containerised releases, blue/green or canary strategies, database migration discipline, release notes and rollback plans.
- 🛠️ Production support — monitoring and alerting, incident response with root-cause analysis, hotfix process, performance and capacity tuning, and knowledge transfer/runbooks so operations run smoothly.
🔄 Method-wise I have worked with SCRUM (JIRA-tracked sprints and ceremonies), Kanban flow and hybrid enterprise models, and I hold Scrum Master credentials.
🧾 CV evidence: CV: entire-lifecycle enterprise delivery across 24 roles, SCRUM Master/SCRUMStudy certification, CI/CD expertise (Jenkins/dockerised pipelines/Kubernetes), production deployments and support for banking, government and enterprise clients.
