Have you worked with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and API documentation?
OpenAPISwaggerDocumentation
✅ Yes — OpenAPI/Swagger is my standard way of defining, documenting and validating API contracts.

Technical detail
- 📄 Specification authoring — OpenAPI 3.x documents (or code-first generation with Swashbuckle/NSwag in .NET, springdoc-openapi in Java, FastAPI's native schema in Python) covering paths, parameters, request/response schemas, enums, examples, error payloads and security schemes (JWT bearer/OAuth2 flows).
- 🧪 Testing and integration value — interactive Swagger UI for QA and partners to explore and test endpoints, schema validation in pipelines, mocked servers for front-end development before the API is finished, and contract tests that fail the build when the implementation drifts from the spec.
- ⚙️ Client generation — generating typed clients for Angular/React front ends and partner integrations from the same contract, eliminating hand-written DTO drift between back end and UI.
- 🧭 Governance — documented versioning and deprecation policy, consistent naming and pagination conventions across services, authentication instructions, rate-limit documentation, and an API catalogue/portal so consumers find the right service and version.
- 📝 Style — descriptions written for API consumers, realistic examples, and business rules captured in the spec so documentation answers questions instead of generating support tickets.
🎯 Net effect: fewer integration defects, faster onboarding of consumers, and a contract that stays trustworthy because CI enforces it.
🧾 CV evidence: CV: 'Swagger: Very good understanding of swagger and its features, in order to provide to QA teams a quite affordable way of testing REST Web services'; 2025 DMS .NET assessment with Swagger-documented endpoints; 2025 CV lists REST / OpenAPI among backend capabilities.
